Sprungbrett A1 → A2

Writing

Your texts are saved in this browser, so you can see your progress.

Steps for every text

1. Plan (3 min): key words for every point of the task. 2. Write (15 min): no translator. Dictionary for 1–2 words only. 3. Check yourself (5 min) with the checklist below. 4. Compare: read the model text. Don't copy it, just find ideas and mistakes. 5. Version 2: correct your mistakes and write the text again.

Checklist before submitting

  • Have you covered all the points?
  • Do the greeting and sign-off fit (du or Sie)?
  • Verb in position 2? At the end in subordinate clauses (weil, dass, wenn, ob)?
  • Nouns written with a capital letter?
  • Articles and cases checked (after mit, bei, zu → dative)?
  • Roughly the right length?
